Training is about more than simply riding your bike - it’s about working with a specific goal in mind. A skilled trainer/coach can help you define these personal goals, aligning them with your unique talents and aspirations, and together, craft the most effective plan to achieve them.

In high level sports, goals are rarely achieved overnight. Success is the result of a carefully managed process that builds towards long-term improvement. This requires thoughtful progression and patience to ensure you’re consistently moving closer to your objectives.

Every rider encounters factors that influence their ability to train and perform. Life commitments, such as work, school or family, can drain energy and directly impact how much and how intensely you can train.

Furthermore, each rider responds differently to training and racing stimuli - both physically and mentally. These responses depend on your training history and the type of rider (phenotype) you are. This is why it’s essential that your training and race programs are customized to your individual capacity and profile.

In short, training is a personal journey. Marco van Bon can guide you on this path, offering expert coaching and designing a balanced, personalized training plan to help you reach your goals effectively and sustainably.

Premium Personal Coaching

Whether you're a junior, a U23 rider, or a professional cyclist, my approach as a trainer and coach remains the same: I will help you to unlock your full potential. My coaching focuses on achieving a balance between long-term development and delivering results in the short term, ensuring both progress and performance go hand in hand.

Every type of coaching consists of the following elements:

  • Personal or virtual intake (via Microsoft Teams): an opportunity to get to know each other, define your goals, and create a tailored plan;

  • You’re in charge. My role is to support and empower you in your development;

  • Training is based on a multi-year development plan and a year-plan. Training is planned 2 to 4 weeks ahead in Trainingpeaks;

  • Training includes Strength & Conditioning;

  • Regular coaching sessions (every 1 to 3 weeks) conducted via Microsoft Teams to ensure consistent guidance and support;

  • Always accessible (via WhatsApp or phone) and open to making adjustments to the training plan whenever needed;

Our terms are simple: No intake fees. You pay monthly. You can cancel anytime.

U19/U23-Coaching

U23 Development Platform For junior and U23 riders, not riding for a professional team.,
€ 160.- a month

Elite-Coaching

For club- and continental riders older than 23 years of age.
€ 220.- a month

Pro-Coaching

For professional cyclists in a Pro-Continental or World-Tour Team.
