At the heart of this supportive network is Marco van Bon, serving as the development trainer and coach. His expertise in rider development is complemented by specialists in nutrition, performance testing, bike fitting, and aerodynamics.

An essential part of the platform is also the presence of a sports doctor, who serves as a direct point of contact for riders dealing with injuries or other health-related issues.
